The additional administration fee is to cover the cost of carrying out necessary security checks prior to processing your refund in line with our Anti Money Laundering policy. With regard to our service fee, our terms of engagement and fee agreement was explained to you during the initial sales call when you agreed for us to send a pack out to you. Our claim pack contained a full copy of our terms of business and fee arrangement for you to sign and return, and a further copy for you to keep for your records. If you had any questions or uncertainty surrounding our fee arrangement, you could have called us at any time before signing the contract and returning it to us long with the rest of your claim pack.
