Advisor Excellent
My advisor was very good. I however now see no point in paying yourselves as the solicitor does the same checking etc so you are not necessary but cost a lot. Better to go directly to the lender.

Thank you for your feedback and the 5 Star rating. I am delighted by releasing equity from your property you will now be able to improve the quality of your life. The decision to unlock capital in your home requires very careful consideration and the FCA requires that customers must receive advice from a suitably qualified adviser. Our 5 star advice process is quite independent to the important legal advice you received and any duplication in the two processes is there to protect you, the customer, and is in your best interests. Kind regards, Mike Sargeant - MBA Certs CII MP and ER
