It was a pleasure meeting and assisting you. Having initially spoken, I knew there had to be another way to help you, rather than just rely on one provider. I did not feel that all options had been explored for you. Being fully independent our job is to speak with the whole of the market and to question the valuers’ comments.
In the end we managed to find you another provider with a better property valuation, and I’m so pleased we managed to help you achieve your full objectives. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any help you need in the future.
All the best - Gary Pope.
