Apologies for the delayed response.  We are sorry to hear that your delivery didn't go as planned.  We understand it can be frustrating.  Having looked at your order, the selected delivery date was 13th March so I think there must be a wee bug somewhere.

A completely satisfactory transaction.
The lady who took my order was friendly and extremely efficient; and the product was delivered promptly and was exactly what I wanted. I have since used the ladder and it fully meets my needs.
