We are very sorry about the delays in letting you know that we did not have this product - however, our system did have 2 on it and before we cancelled the order we wanted to 100% check everywhere that we didn't have the boots, as we were aware that many suppliers had sold out and the supplier had discontinued them. With regard to the refund we use sagepay to process card transactions to ensure customers security the best we can when they are making payments online to us. Sagepay normally process refunds within 5 working days of us requesting to refund a customer. On the day you wrote this feedback it had been 5 working days from the date you placed the order initially and only 3 working days since the order was actually cancelled. We are very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied and have emailed you a discount code to use should you wish to order from us again. Kind regards Sales Team

We are very sorry that you received a bad service from us, we did send an email to you on the 17th Jan advising of the cancellation, so 5 days after the order was received by our team.
