We are sorry that your experience was bad but if you leave instruction for the product to be left in a specific place there is no need to have someone wait in for the parcel as the courier will leave in the set place as they did for you on the Monday.

Many thanks for your review. Further to our conversations the courier attempted to deliver 3 times but due to your large gates they were unable to access your property. Once we had instruction to let the courier throw it over the gate the parcel was delivered within 2 days. As advised with further orders we would strongly recommend where it's feasible that you leave a note when you order advising delivery instructions so that you do not experience delays in the future.

We are very sorry that you have had to leave bad feedback. 

We are working extremely hard to get the stock levels corrected on our website and hope this to be sorted very shortly. We do try to let people know as soon as possible if something is out of stock or not available, and in this case following our initial email to you about the boots, and having to get an alternative pair from the supplier this is what caused the delay.
