From the initial introduction through the Thomson Rep (who also was amazing - thank you Ahmed) to the dive experiences everything was handled professionally and in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The quality of the equipment was second to none as was the support received by both the local, shore and boat staff. Thank you once again! Bernie you're a star as is Mostaffa Essa and Hosney in the shop (sorry I am sure I will have spelt your name wrong!). See you again soon.

I liked Bernie and Stina a lot (we were 3 days on the Amy at Marsa Alam) and was very pleased by their professionality and excellent service. Very friendly people : ))
I got my certification through these guys and gals and they have the very best of instructors and I had so much fun as I was learning. I have plans to do lots more diving with them in the near future...

Thanks Richard for your great comments except regarding the toilets. Apologies and it has been a constant concern for us in the office. In the last month we have had builders using the toilets during the night. It has been a battle with the hotel to keep them cleaned and I have been constantly onto them since I started here in Naama bay in February. Since the last month, until the dive centre refurbishment starts, Saeed and I are cleaning them ourselves and they are the cleanest they have ever been. Sparkling some days if i may say.
The staff will be pleased to hear from you and look forward to seeing you next year.

The dives we did in Marsa were mediocre. The dive guides were OK but lacked enthusiasm and were obviously finding the water cold. We ended one dive from Elphinstone with 5 of us waiting for the rib...
