and welcome you to email me directly if you have further points or concerns: 1. I sympathise that you felt the costs for non divers on special trips was high. As you know we then discounted that for you on check out, but we are now discussing the overall costs between management and we will take your comments into account when we are reviewing prices. When you book next time, email me and I will clarify what each trip will cost to you in advance. 2. The long wetsuits are entering their final season and will be replaced in 2014. They are functional and working but I agree some of them are a little worn - my apologies. The regulators of course are serviced according to the recommended schedule but the design of the Mares MR12 means that we often have intermittent issues with the HP poppet and seat assembly, which result in a freeflow. Of course this is always noticed when assembling the unit and turning the air on, so there is no danger of this happening mid-way on a dive. We always carry spares so that we can get everyone diving. we're glad you had a great time with us. Regarding the price, I sympathise that paying resort rates can seem expensive, especially if compared to a resort such as Hurghada. The good news is you can save significantly on that price now you are returning customers if you pre-book your diving next time.
