gmail and ymail accounts are simply not being received or are being delivered directly to spam folders. I know that you are receiving emails from Alex in reservations ok but not from Bernie our manager in Ghalib. I know he has sent (3) emails as I have been CCd, so I sympathise that you think we may not be trying to resolve the issues. I hope by seeing how fast I respond on here, and also the fact that Alex in reservations is responding to you, that it really is an IT issue and not any poor practice on our part. Regarding the pickup and the bag issue, it was really 2 mistakes on our part due to 2 hotels being named so similar, and neither of which that we collect from regularly due to the distance involved. The hotels are both 45 km away from us, one North and one South. However you gave us the correct information, it was a mistake on our teams part and more integrity could have prevented you from being inconvenienced. You have my apologies and also Bernie's and our assurances the matter has been discussed and resolved internally. The billing issue was confirmed as a 15 euro overcharge. Bernie corrected this with our account immediately and you should find the amount has already been refunded back to your card. A compensation offer was also made to you as our way of apology for this and the pickup issue but clearly all this was on the emails you did not get or that are in your spam folder. We know and appreciate that your other feedback was good about the diving and people overall but that these errors on our part were not good at all. I hope you see though that we have desperately been trying to rectify it as we value your business and know we can do much better for you next time. I will keep this topic open so you can reply here if you want, that way we are both sure that the communications are going both ways. Or, you can choose to email me directly on the address below, which should mean I am authorised by Gmail to reply as is the case with Alex.
