I'm really pleased you highlight the Team as we are very proud of our people, from the ground staff, the office, the boat crew and of course the guides. I will make sure that the people you mention get to see your comments, thanks again for that. Let me apologise that the extra costs were not explained to you clearly regarding the snorkeling guide. Your wife was originally charged as a non diving passenger for 25 euros per day. This does not include lunch or any extra equipment, such as a wetsuit. We upgraded your wife to our all-inclusive guided snorkeling package of 40 euros which, as she was taking lunch and drinks and a shortie wetsuit - with a combined value of 14 euros, - meant actually only 1 euro per day extra was charged for the guided snorkeling. I sympathise this may not have been clearly explained to you, perhaps that the shortie wetsuit is usually an extra cost so as a long standing guest we will offer you a refund of 8 euros per day to cover the cost of the rented shortie wetsuit. We are also disappointed that the hotel renovations are not complete, we have had several assurances that work completion dates will be met but unfortunately they have not. We are hoping for completion of works, as they are now nearly finished, in the next few weeks.
