not sure if i agree with postage price for the item i orded also postage…

not sure if i agree with postage price for the item i orded also postage slow for cost of postage should have been first class next day for the price i was charged emodels need to look at a loyalty...

Firstly thank you kindly for your custom. We take customer feedback very seriously. No matter where you are or the size of the parcel, all UK orders over the value of £10.00 are processed with a postage and packing charge of only £3.75! Orders under £10.00 and above £3.50 will be charged £3.00 for postage and packing! Orders under £3.50 will be charged £1.50 for postage and packing! As regards to the Royal Mail we apologise for the delay. I have also forwarded your request about the loyalty system to our Manager.

so about 2mins after I made my remarks, I rec'd a call from emodels to apologise that the wrong product was sent, and they are going to refund my pnp. Now thats pretty good service, thanks
