We were very sorry not have been able to supply your item :-( We were awaiting our next shipment of stock at the time you placed your order and would have been able to post it out to you soon afterwards, but we understood that you were unable to wait and that is understandable. Your refund was issued immediately and we would like to apologise for the inconvenience and hope that you will try our service again in the near future. Although we have strict quality control measures, well trained staff and we pride ourselves on our successful completion of orders, there are a very limited number of situations that give rise to errors. Clearly it is our intention to limit these as far as is practically possible and these scenarios are very few and far between, which shows that the measures we are taking for this issue, are gradually working their magic! :-) Kind regards, eModels.co.uk
