The goods were despatched on 15th November, the date of your order. I can't understand why these have not been received. We will despatch another Manitou on a courier delivery and investigate where the first parcel is.

Supply service was exelent arrived before 10 am following order nearly missed the van man had to phone and ask him to call back which he did super costomer relations this.... thanks
