I am sorry to hear that delivery was not perfect this time, it would appear that your units were delayed at the national hub and therefore Saturday was the earliest Parcelforce could get them to you. I do hope this wasn't too much of an inconvenience to you.

Good Morning,

We appreciate the feedback but feel terrible that you have been unsatisfied up to now. The noisy unit had indeed developed a fault but we are pleased to hear the replacement has solved this problem. Furthermore, whilst we always aim to deliver to specified instructions this does on rare occasion go wrong and it is unfortunate they chose an elderly neighbor. We do hope this wasn't too much of an inconvenience to them.
