Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We are obviously very sorry to to see that you are unsatisfied with our service. Having investigated your booking we note that your holiday was cancelled due to the demise of Thomas Cook Airlines UK Ltd, who entered into administration on the 23rd September 2019. ATOL opened the claims process on the 7th October 2019 and we are currently awaiting notice of refunds. As soon as we are notified that your claim is settled and we recover your funds this will be refunded without delay. We are currently at 52 days (as of 28th November 2019) since your claim was submitted, someway off three months. Of course we appreciate the frustration and inconvenience of the Thomas Cook Failure, but please rest assured your funds are secure, you will receive a full refund, but we kindly ask for your patience at this very difficult time.
