Hello Ellen. Thanks for your review. We're sorry you felt our service was this poor. We are sincerely sorry that you do not have your goods yet. Unfortunately, matters outside of our control, linked with the Coronavirus Pandemic along with France then closing the border with the U.K on the 20th December has meant that ALL shipments to E.U destinations (including Ireland) have been suspended. This is in no small part due to the huge backlog of deliveries built up and clogging depots around the country because of the border closure. DPD shipments to the E.U (the shipping option you chose on your order) remain remain suspended at this time. From the moment we were aware of this situation (dec 20t) we put notices on our SHIPPING and CONTACT US pages to make it clear to customers that there would be delays in getting items being received. You can view this HERE This has been a fast moving situation/issue and one we have being doing our best to manage. ALL couriers and shippers have been effected by recent events. Rest assured, we at Eden Ashram are as frustrated with this situation as you are are, multiplied by 1000! This is not what we want. Trading conditions for small businesses have been bad enough over the last 12 months, and it's another body blow for small online businesses at a critical time of year. However, there is nothing we can do (that we are not already doing) to change or to get you your items quicker. We were hoping our customers would understand that this is not a situation we caused or could have avoided. We can all see the issues on the T.V and newspapers. This is not bad management on our behalf. We are doing our best (working night and day) trying to find solutions to a very unique situation whilst liaising with our shipping partners to get orders to our customers as soon as physically possible. And we will continue doing so.
