Hello Camilla. Thank you so much for your review. Our customer support team have been working with you on this and the communication lines have been, and remain, open. To add clarity for those reading your review: you contacted us about a mark you could could see on the garment (although you were unable to send any mages to us that showed any marks at all) and you had removed the tags, packaging and also you had worn/washed the item you were contacting us about. As we were unable to see any images showing a mark and also were aware you had worn/washed the garment, it makes it difficult for our team to verify the problem, and that if there was a mark, that it was there when we sent the item to you. Had the issue been highlighted to us immediately when you first opened the product and BEFORE you wore and washed it, we would have been able to offer you some alternative options. This is standard policy across every clothing manufacturer and not unique to us. Despite this our team were on hand over numerous messages to you to offer some advice on how best to treat any marks. All of our garments go through 4 separate product checks before dispatch to our customers, so the chance of an item being dispatched with a mark on the front of it is extremely low, however in the unlikely event that this does happen, our customers can be assured that we will ALWAYS be able to offer a replacement / refund on the garment on the condition the item is unused / unworn / unwashed and with it's tags packaging still intact.
