We are so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the Laundry Egg. The Laundry Egg does not contain any bleaches, enzymes or petrochemicals, is suitable for people with sensitive skin with low levels of fragrance, and overall kinder to the environment than traditional detergents. Due to the gentle nature of the ingredients, it does struggle with some stains. We find that most customers are happy to use if for everyday lightly soiled washing but that a stain remover is sometimes needed before washing. The Laundry Egg helps to reduce single-use plastic bottles as it replaces both washing detergent and fabric conditioner and can save up to 40 plastic bottles per household per year as you simply replace the washing pellets after 70 or 50 washes.
