Poor
Poor customer service. Verbally attacked by staff. Never use your service again. There was a issue with the website and the details I entered went wrong. When I called them told it was my fault....

price changes
Great price until proceeding with booking and then it went up. This is the third time recently so appears to be standard. Contacted ebookers about this but received no reply.
