On the sight they say that the credit card will only be used to check your finance are in place,but in reality they take full payment strait away.

I called to change my reservation and did not hear back fro almost a week and a half by which time there was no point changing the booking as the hotels we would have found would be too expensive

Easy to use. Shame price is quoted without tax so what I paid was more than expected.
