Extremely poor aftersales with illegal practices

Hi there, we understand your disappointmnet. However, we are just abiding the terms and conditions provide to us by the hotel. We are sorry for the dispaointmnet it may have caused but the only option provide to us was to offer a voucher. Your voucher is succfully added into your account and is valid for 1 year. You can login to your account to use the voucher. Thanks^AS
