Good deals!
Good price and easy to book however once I finished my booking I was annoyed to find they’d emailed me a discount code during the booking process.....too late to use!

Rubbish customer service.Never again.
Try not selling hotels that are closed.Try not refusing to give back discount coupons.Try improving contact.Impossible to sort out their own mistake.

Superb booking process
The whole booking process is superb. Ease of use, visually, different options. All very well laid out.
I was looking at hotels only and found a great deal. Overall extremely happy with Ebookers!

Easy booking
To book the car was easy and simple, however, I couldn't see anywhere I could add a second driver. It would help if you were able to change the booking rather than having to cancel and rebook.

Ebookers is by far the worst of all the online booking agents, service is non existent, if you have a problem with your booking no point even bothering calling their 'helpdesk'
