Had een voucher om in te wisselen. Ben een uur bezig geweest om uiteindelijk uit te vinden hoe ik de voucher kon gebruiken. Heel onduidelijk.

Hi there, this is not good to here and would like to apologize for the inconvenience experience you had. We have checked the itinerary and could see that the reservation was a same-day check-in. The booking notification was sent successfully, possibly they might have missed processing the booking. Please be informed that we have refunded the full amount of 147.16 EUR to the original form of payment and rest assured that you would get the refund this week.
