Order hasn’t arrived

I haven’t received my order yet and it’s been two weeks. I have contacted customer care but they said they couldn’t do anything.

Having checked the recent email correspondence between us I can see that Royal Mail unfortunately failed to deliver your order. We ask customers to wait 14 days after the dispatch date for the order to arrive at which point we will reproduce the order at no extra cost. We reproduced your order on the 24th July which is now ready for dispatch. Please expect to see your order very soon. Kind regards Alison
