When you first receive the dog ramp it is important to train your dog to use it. If the dog is nervous at all then they will naturally scramble on this, you need to be patient and slowly introduce the ramp to your dog. Ideally you want to get to a point where your dog is totally relaxed and confident on the ramp, then the ramp surface is very grippy and the dog will be very happy to use it. Sorry to hear about this issue, but as all the teeth are missing in one area it does suggest that it might have been dropped. Any impact like this would cause damage to any clipper. This is not an issue that we see with Andis clippers. Glad to hear that you are being helped under the manufacturers warranty.
The product was a good idea but in order to fold it flat you need to press two release slots and these just don't work they are so strong you can't depress them, so I am using mine steps always ready...
