Would definitely reccomend Easy Animal. I have dealt with them twice now, and both orders to the far north of Scotland were completed within the week. Excellent service and first class products.

We offer a free helpline to advise customers which ramp is the best one for their situation. We understand ramps and can help customers to purchase the right ramp for their breed and vehicle. Some ramps are wider than others and some longer than others so its important that you make the right choice first time.
Many customers buy this ramp as its because its so compact when stored and yet very stable without any movement.
Sorry to hear that you chose the wrong one for your situation , just a shame that you didn't call us before purchasing. Had the items been faulty then we would of course paid for the return.

Sorry to hear that you werent happy with this, This is the Deluxe version of this which is actually stated as water-resistant and not waterproof. Its a nice thick quilted material which is quite luxurious but not waterproof, had you needed one that is we do sell a waterproof version.

This ramp has excellent customer reviews and is often chosen because it is so stable and yet compact. If your dogs were struggling up this maybe this is due to the steep incline.
