Hello there, do you know if you have synchronised the collar with the handset correctly? If you could call us we can talk you through this or you can email the manufacturer on laetitia.auzone@numaxes.com and ask her to call you and she will check this out for you. We are closing today for Christmas but Laetitia will assist you.

Hi Ruth, I have checked this for you and your were communicated with throughout. Unfortunately 75% of our office staff were off with illness when you rang but we still managed to send you emails to advise that this had been sent by Royal Mail. For light low value items we do send these by Royal Mail as mentioned in our delivery section. Glad that the item arrived with you and that you rate the product.
