Very pleased with purchase but it would have been helpful to have an email when the product was out for delivery. I had emailed the company to ask if this would be done but never got a response.

Thank you for your feedback Stephanie and I am delighted that you are pleased with the rug. We did say in your order acknowledgement email how long it would take for manufacture and delivery. We are unable to offer call/email prior to delivery as third party carriers are used. Hope this explains.

Many other companies manage to let their customers know when items are out for delivery even when they use 3rd party couriers. I would just like to suggest that it would be worth investigating doing this because it would really improve your service. I had been advised on the phone that it would be 7-10 days and then by email that it would be approximately 4 weeks. So I was unsure when it would arrive. It actually took 3.5 weeks so some notification would have been very useful.
