I have been hiring car from you for the last 5 or 6 years but for the last two I have not been able to get the car I wished ? Surely if I hire for two months I should be able to get what I want ?

As the fleet of our suppliers are constant being updated to meet the changing needs of customers, vehicle groups, and not vehicle models can be confirmed at time of reservation, however our suppliers will accommodate specific requests based on availability.
