Please be advised that we do not guarantee specific vehicles with any of our Car Rental Suppliers, only vehicle groups as the vehicles are subject to availability at the time of collection.

We have contacted the Supplier with regards to the scratch on the vehicle and can confirm that you will not be held liable as this was indeed noted as previous damages on their side.

Thank you very much for supplying us with such detailed feedback.
I have pulled the history report and can confirm that you sent a request for the extension on the 21st of December 2017 @ 16h32. On the 22nd of December 2017 your consultant did send you an extension link at 14h29. I am not sure as to why you did not receive it as it was delivered from our side but I would suggest checking your Spam folder as it could have been moved there.On the 24th of December you sent a follow up email for the extension.
It is our policy and also noted to all our clients on their confirmations that extensions are only actioned during business hours (08h30 – 17h00 Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) which is why Tarryn was hesitant to assist you on the 24th of December.
It is the responsibility of the Renter to ensure the extensions are made on time and as you did your part and followed up with a phone call, I will definitely take this up with the team.
To further explain with regards to the rates. It seems your enquiry came through as the new rates switched over. We are an online booking Agent and do not have set rates that we issue our clients. Our rates are fluid and change daily depending on the yield/occupancy of the Suppliers. December is Peak period for rentals and the vehicles are in very high demand.
Unfortunately we have no influence over these rates and can only negotiate the best rates offered to us at the specified times.
Please accept my apologies for your experience not being up to standard and I trust it will not stop you from making future bookings with us.
