I am sorry if we were not able to cancel your order before despatch. I believe it had reached a stage where we were unable to stop the goods from being sent. I can see the parcels have been refused and we have refunded for the goods returned. I can see we replaced the Wallflowers but I am sorry if many of the replacements were either missing or not up to standard.
