the order was not delivered within the timescale promised when I made the order. they did not communicate with me - I had to e-mail customer services to find out what was happening.

Excellent service

Courier appears to have held onto plants for over a week so they were in poor condition. Not Dobies fault. One email to Dobies and a replacement was sent immediately without question.

A lot better service than earlier in the year, avoid sale bargain and all plants very healthy with a better delivery.
