Thank you for getting in touch with your feedback on the cottage.  We will pass your comments on to the owner so that matters may be looked into and dealt with as necessary.  The slugs are proving difficult to remove possibly due to the damp summer that we have had  this year, despite this a cure will need to be found for the problem. We are sorry to note that the cottage was not properly cleaned when you arrived. When we next review the house ourselves this Autumn we will bear your comments in mind, feedback is helpful as it does let us know of any problems that need to be attended to and also to maintain overall standards.. If you should have any problems in the future do please contact us as soon as possible so that any difficulties may be resolved.

Thanks for the review Kristen deserves your praise.  We are sorry to hear yoru comments on Security Deposits but have found them necessary due to there apearing to be more "hard use" of cottages in recent years.
