We have been dealing with the florist for you on this order and i can confirm that we have issued a full refund which should show back into your account over the next few days. As a result of this complaint we have now removed the florist from the website and will not be sending them any more orders. Zoe Lee

Excellent service! The florist was in touch from first receiving the order through to it's delivery. Very courteous and sincere in their approach. I can't speak highly enough of this florist.
