Delivery was late by 2 days and only expedited because I called yo check.
I never got the picture of the flower delivered as promised and am left ignorant of the quality of the gift delivered.

Miss Tmiri, Thank you very much for your feedback. We have been into with the florist to look into this for you and they have advised that the delivery was delayed as the recipient was not answering the telephone. The florist has also advised that they did not promise a picture of the item.
Was the recipient happy with the flowers received?
