I got their quote online without confirm with them yet. But their staff call me within few days which I don't expecting them to call me. And offer me a good price.

Lack of follow up
I was unable to pick up the call. So I called back and asked for the agent to call me back as I didn’t know how to get the additional Shell points from the promotion.
He hasn’t called me back.
