I need to the dates by one day, the customer service don’t respond,awful

Mr Hodder you will have had an auto reply from our customer service email account that advises timescale for response in order to manage your expectation. This is 7 days. We can only presume you overlooked this. Such requests need to be in writing to protect all parties when amending a booking which we trust is appreciated. You were upon acknowledgement inside the 7 days, advised of a 3 day resolution timeframe and the change was achieved inside this. Under the circumstances we refute that our service is awful and further you should reconsider describing us a fraudulent company which is libellous.

So easy to book
After booking a holiday online, i called and was given the information i requested. It was so easy to book. Will be definitely using them again for future holidays.
