First Class Service

We do expect that when customers book online without the involvement of a sales consultant, they have researched independently to ensure any information required about aspects of interest is obtained to avoid disappointment.

There was no misinformation and we are sorry you seem to think there was, but this can be addressed and clarified to you via normal channels. We cannot transfer the cruise deposit to other arrangements as the cruise operator holds this non refundable money and do not offer land based holidays.

You did provide misinformation. It’s awful the level of customer service you provide as a big company. I will definitely not be booking a holiday with yourselves again.
