Great family run hotel in lovely location
Staff were all very friendly .Great location food was lovely .the rooms are nice very clean and comfy

Excellent customer service
The customer service assistant was exceptional, she was helpful and very friendly. She had stayed at the hotel so had first hand experience of the holiday.

Mr Mcleod we are sorry that you felt we required too much information from you, this was for your own benefit relating to the arrangements you had placed with us that were affected by those not booked with us. We do not find that the communication was as you describe, we repeatedly made contact in various ways and did not receive response therefore had to pursue.

Every time I’ve posted replies it came back Message Failed To Send. Had also several requests from transport airport to hotel company for flight arrival times. Even after I received * Their Confirmation from them receiving my flight times* I also Phoned Destination 2 asking them to post out all my Holiday data by Mail. That turned out to be a waste of time as No paper work was ever received. As I am 80 yrs old I’m afraid that I’m not as computer savy as your Generation. It’s much easier for me just to book a holiday direct with every thing done for me. P.S I have been Holidaying for Decades & Have never had any problems like I’ve had with booking with your Company.
