Mark we have done no such thing. You required an amendment and extension by choice and were quoted accordingly passing on to you the new costs from the airline for altering your exisiting ticket. Our booking terms clarify that you are bound by the airline fare rules and this is something we have no control over. When changing original arrangements, we have to follow the guidelines in place. We regret that this may cause you not to book with us again, but the airline rules apply in all cases of ticketed or unticketed flights and all tour operators like ourselves cannot override these.

Thank you, we have now gained comments and would state that your cabin was not classified officially by the cruiseline as obstructed and the cabin you paid for was therefore correctly priced and booked by us in good faith. The cruiseline appear to have now made a gesture to you for your disappointment. We are sorry that you did not obtain WiFi whilst onboard in order to inform us at the time but have dealt accordingly since. To explain, we always ask for customers to comment if we are not told of issues at the time they occur since we may have opportunity to assist.
