Very helpful, but ended up dealing with a very busy person, so responsiveness was not always as promised

Good website that doesn't keep crashing and is easy to navigate
Good clear descriptions and photos and no horrible unexpected add on sat the end of billing
Why wait 72 hours for confirmation of booking ? Would be better if instant confirmation and voucher issued...
