Great service - and good advise when I booked our holiday. So far so good. Only 4 stars as I’ve only booked the holiday so I’ll update it after we’ve had the holiday!

Does what it says on the tin - but does it well
Was looked after by Tracy, very good, dealt with my needs over the course of 2 days, and even after booking when I had a question she was straight back on the phone to me.

We are most disappointed that due to you not being able to enjoy the rates offered due to not being a UK resident, we were unable to confirm the booking requested. This is a matter over which we have no control and the restrictions are highlighted in our Terms and Conditions to which you agreed. Unfortunately, we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Be lucky and get a good deal, or not and pay more!
We got a good price, so are happy. However some others in our group paid substantially more for less. Destination 2's prices are up and down and are very unstable, you could lose out if you panic...

Bad experience due to booking cancelled and also not refunded full amount!!
By understanding people situation and giving the special price not only to ukresidents/citizens but UAE residents also.

Mr Teli the rates provided by the hotel/supplier for this booking are on the understanding that the guest is a UK resident and are preferential in price. They are not offered to UAE residents and this is beyond our control. Our booking terms that your brother accepted online when reserving the room make this clear, but he continued to book and the supplier asked that we cancel. We are within our rights and in accordance with the terms and conditions to charge administration fees to address this. We are sorry that your custom is lost because of it but would urge caution that a future booking made on any other website does have attention to the terms and conditions to avoid issues like this.
