Great value but slow website
I would have given 5 stars if the home page was quicker.
I nearly booked twice as the final payment looked to have timed out.
Nevertheless a great value holiday if a goes to plan!!

Poor customer service not replying to e mail
Service not good to this point. Booked for next year and full payment was taken despite advertisement of £40PP deposit😡

Hello Derek, your email was replied to on day 4 , inside the 5 day timescale on the auto reply, As explained, you seem to have overlooked that you had not selected the deposit payment. This is why full payment was taken. Under the circumstances, we are very disappointed with such a negative review.

I asked for deposit to be taken instead of full payment. Surely this can be rectified?

Having reviewed my comments they are unfair, mistake was mine. Tickets and all paperwork was first class. I would book again with Destination 2.
