Great customer service.
Great customer service. Booked for a specific hotel which was not accepted and Neil was able to change he took a different hotel and refund the difference. Great service.

Not good place to buy your holiday package
Very poor customer service .just focus to take payment and not helping us to fix our issue after 10 times calling them.

Hello Miles, thank you for your feedback. We have a sales line for bookings, an emergency number for anyone in resort and otherwise customer service deal on email. But we do not see that you have contacted us by email under this booking reference if you require any assistance relating to it.

My original booking was cancelled due to COVID obviously no fault of Destinations2.
But trying to contact you regarding this was troublesome. Why it takes 3 days to respond to an email and the fact that you removed the opportunity to contact you on a web chat and phone helpline but managed to keep open a phone line for new bookings.

Mr Colinmaire we are rather surprised about this since the original email sent to you confirming your booking was used by you to forward and raise enquiry about cancelation to our customer service department. It would appear that it was received after all. We have as mentioned re-sent this but there was no change in content.

I am surprised you are surprised. Yes the response was received after leaving my comments on this board. I subsequently asked for the final papers to be emailed to me which again no one responded until I posted on this board.
Anyway, you don’t seem to think anything has gone wrong here so let’s leave it at that. I am sure people will be able to read through the above and work out the quality of customer service.
