Worst after sales customer service . Instead of helping they refused to talk to hotel , nor find any solution esp during covid times when everyone us flexible

Robert we are sorry that you feel we are failing in our service, however as explained the decision is not ours and we deal via a supplier with whom you have a contract. We do however sympathise that you have encountered a late issue preventing travel as planned. This would be for your trave insurers.
