Destination2 came highly recommended. I have been trying to call and make an amendment to my booking but no calls are being taken apparently still due to covid?! I still await a response to an email...

Hello, you have said you are investigating, meanwhile we are on our holiday and another day has passed without hearing from you directly. Given we are due to go home very soon, I am not sure what your investigation is going to lead to? I contacted you very directly so please stop trying to put this on the customer.

Don't charge more to speak to a sales person

The online service allows for customers to take control of their own booking arrangements and accordingly responsibility in doing so and ownership for data provided or read. The service from our consultants ensures all aspects are thoroughly covered to avoid any issues and they can offer more from personal experience of the destinations. We are sorry that you disagree. Ultimatley you chose to book online and not all customers are confident in that.

Absolutely amazing
