When a deposit is not a deposit
We were asked to pay a deposit and then asked for another 1000 within a few days which does not seem right no something I've never heard of before despite the agent telling me it was quite common

Good Service
I am booking 2nd time with Destination to the same hotel in Dubai Fairmont the Palm. Hotel has perfect service and 1st booking was well done. I hope the second will be the same.

Thank you for your response. I emailed customer services at the same time as doing this review, I have not heard back as yet. I have tried to log on again this morning but nothing. it will be interesting to see how long it takes for a response from customer services
