Hello Susan, you should have received auto reply which gives the timescales for replying. These would not yet have been exceded and we appreciate your patience. Please do ensure you check your junk mail for documentation since we find that some filters to here and is overlooked. That said, a further copy will be sent when your query is dealt with.
