Dear Mr Malik, we can see that you booked online and called with enquiry. It is unfortunately not possible for our sales consultants to wait on calls whilst online bookings are made. They are receiving a high volume of calls to make other bookings that cannot be fulfilled online. We do however apologise if they were unpolite in trying to convey this.
