Great price and easy to book
Website was easy to use and holiday easy to book. The price of the holiday was excellent. Details arrived by email super quickly so all good so far.

Mr Fincham we do not see a request for call back. Your email was dealt with as you requested and once price adjustment made, the new booking paperwork was sent on 1 March. This was all that was asked for. Please kindly check your junk/spam mailfolder for this. However, if this is not the query you have which is still outstanding, please resubmit to our customer service team. If we have dealt as required, a revision of your rating would be appreciated.

it is NOT resolved the funds have NOT been moved across from the old booking to the new. This should be a simple process which is given me stress.

So where is the £81.50 on my new booking which was transferred from booking 69974 as it’s not showing as a credit on my new booking.
